It says, "while supplies last," but after I submitted a review of my doc this morning, it said that I'd receive the shirt and then requested my mailing address. This was a really easy freebie, and I love the idea of this website (Vimo.com) -- you can find doctors within any number of miles from your home zipcode. You can search doctors by specialty within your city. You can read other reviewers comments and ratings. And you can get some info on the doc himself -- how long he's been in practice, where he went to school, when his license expires, stuff like that. And you can see a map to his office.

Yeah, they do ask if you want to buy insurance that the doc accepts, but it's not intrusive at all. I really like the site, and I think it's bookmark-worthy.
