Backpacks 75% Off at Target Stores

I popped into Target last night and saw that backpacks were marked down to 75% off. Not sure when this started, but there was still a nice supply of them left in my local store (on the back wall behind the Halloween stuff, in a corner of the store, kind of hidden). They had some nice brands including Jansport and Victorinox (Swiss Army Knife). Lowest price I saw was something like $3.75 but the nicer ones were going for $10.
