Ebates.com has a feature called the Daily Double, where they double their usual cashback rate for one merchant.
This week instead of a daily double-rebate merchant, they're doing a Halloween-themed promotion with a handful of merchants offering doubled rebates through October 12. These merchants are:
Petco: 12% cash back (versus 6%) -- with various coupons including $15 off and free shipping on a $75 purchase
Spirit Halloween: 16% cash back (versus 8%) -- with various coupons including $5 shipping on any order or 20% off one item

Costume SuperCenter: 14% cash back (versus 7%) -- with a couple of coupons including free shipping on $50 orders
Pottery Barn Kids: 6% cash back (versus 3%)
Candy Warehouse: 10% cash back (versus 5%)
Half Price Costumes: 12% cash back (versus 6%) -- with a couple of coupons including 10% off $50 orders
