Help With Your Grocery Bills

I did a Walmart run on Friday and OMG, it was depressing. How did stuff get to be so darned expensive? Remember when 2-liter soft drinks were 99c, or 88c on sale? When a dozen eggs was 69c? When canned vegetables were 50c? I'm clipping more coupons lately and switching to store-brand items just to try to spend the same amount I used to.
